Brave Dog!  Start Skills (short 3 week class)

Some dogs are unsure how to handle new places, people, or dogs. Here we work with dogs who get worked up (aroused) and boisterous or scared and retreat when confronted with new exciting (or scary) situations.
Brave Dog is for all ages. We will meet outside in various settings (parks, dog friendly establishment(s), etc.)  This class teaches foundations on how to support your dog while they learn better responses and to be comfortable.

Sundays 9 am starting Nov 13

Class meets 3 times and is $75

Location will vary, but will be in locations within 20 minutes of Cedarburg, WI

Introduction to Dog Parkour
All ages are welcome to join us in learning about Dog Parkour. The fun sport where you and your dog explore your environment (mainly outside) and negotiate obstacles with running, jumping, balance, going around, under, through, and more! PK is a fun activity for both dog and human and provides a great mental and physical workout for the dog while also safely building confidence and your dog-human bond. Harness and leash are required for this class. Students can work toward a title or just do Parkour for fun.

Sundays 10 am starting Nov 13

Class meets 3 times and is $75

Location will vary, but will be in locations within 20 minutes of Cedarburg, WI

About Dave Imas
He and Tip have run successfully in every major Double Lift Championship in North America… Soldier Hollow, Meeker, Bluegrass, and the USBCHA National Finals as well as the 2017 World Trial in the Netherlands.

Beyond success on the trial field, Dave has evolved his training methods towards a basic concept: If a dog isn’t doing what you want then he probably doesn’t understand what you want. For most of us our challenges on the trial field or farm will lead us back to a hole in our foundational training. We don’t always want to go backwards but so very often it is the quickest and most efficient way forward.

With evolving tools to help dogs and handlers better understand the subtleties of communication, Dave’s students are seeing significant progress both at home and on the trial field. We are all looking for that thoughtful dog with the workmanlike attitude… Dave can help you get there.
